It is organized as a social enterprise that will provide its members and employees a continuous employment and stable income. Thus, working with utmost diligence in satisfying client’s corporate needs.
MPCCTMPC is duly registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

How we are organized
Market Place Christian Church Transport and Multi-Purpose Cooperative is a jointly owned enterprise engaging in the supply of services, operated by its members for their mutual benefits. The hierarchy to which are as follows:
General Assembly
(composed of all the members in good standing and entitled to vote and the highest decision-making body of the cooperative)
Board of Directors
(composed of five (5) members including Chairman and Vice-Chairman. The Board provides policy direction of the cooperative)
Committees
(includes Audit, Election, Ethics and Education & Training, Conciliation & Mediation)

(managing the day to day operations of the cooperative)

We are equipped with competent Administrative Team that handles the recruitment process from sourcing to deployment. All applicants are thoroughly screened and only the qualified are being redirected to our business partners for them to decide on who will be hired.
Prior to deployment, member-employees are given necessary trainings on their roles and specific job functions.
All deployed member-employees are well supervised by our highly motivated Supervisors. All concerns and issues regarding our employees pass through them.
